Terms of Use
Downloading one of my apps means accepting the terms below. I’ve kept them short.
Licence
You don’t buy the app; you’re granted a licence to use it — personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable, valid on the devices tied to your Apple Account.
Apple’s Standard End User Licence Agreement also applies to everything distributed through the App Store. This page doesn’t replace it; it sits alongside it.
What you may not do
- Copy, reproduce or redistribute the app
- Decompile it, reverse engineer it or build derivative works from it
- Rent, sell or assign your licence to someone else
- Use the app for anything unlawful
Subscriptions
Where an app offers a subscription, the amount shown at the point of purchase is charged to your Apple Account. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Manage or cancel it any time under Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you’ve already paid for; a period already begun is not refunded.
Refund requests are decided by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com
Liability
The apps are provided as they are. There’s no warranty that they will run without interruption or without fault, and I can’t be held liable for indirect damages, lost data or lost profit arising from their use.
Back up anything you’d be sorry to lose.
Changes
These terms may be updated over time. The current version always lives on this page.
Any dispute is governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye.
