Privacy Policy

This policy covers the iOS apps developed by Ata Coşkun and published on the App Store, and this website at atacoskun.com.

Where an app has its own, additional privacy policy, it is published on that app’s page and takes precedence over this document for that app.

My apps collect no personal data. Concretely:

• No account to create, nothing to sign in to
• No name, email address or phone number is requested
• No access to your location, contacts, photos or calendar (if a feature needs one, permission is asked separately and the data never leaves your device)
• No analytics or behavioural tracking of any kind
• No advertising identifier (IDFA) is read, and nothing is shared with ad networks
• Nothing is sold, rented or transferred to other companies

Whatever you enter into an app, and any settings you change, stay in your device’s own storage. None of it is sent to me or to a third party.

If iCloud Backup is switched on, this content may be stored on Apple’s servers as part of your device backup. That backup is governed by Apple’s privacy terms, and I have no access to it.

Deleting an app from your device deletes its local data along with it.

If you have allowed your device to share analytics with Apple, Apple may give me aggregated, anonymous statistics: download counts, crash reports, and the spread of device models and iOS versions.

That data is collected by Apple, reaches me without being tied to any identifiable person, and is not used to identify a user. You can turn it off at any time under Settings › Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements.

Where an app offers in-app purchases or a subscription, payment is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. I never see, receive or store your card details.

All that reaches me is whether a purchase happened, with no link to your identity.

This site sets no cookies, tracks no visitors and runs no analytics.

It is made of static files served by a hosting provider. That provider may temporarily keep technical information such as IP addresses in its server logs, for the service to run and stay secure. I have no access to those logs.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google as part of that request. If you would rather it didn’t, your browser’s content blocking settings will stop it.

If you email me, your message and address sit in my mailbox for as long as it takes to sort out whatever you wrote about. They are not used for marketing and not shared with anyone.

My apps are not directed at children under 13, and since no personal data — age included — is collected from any user, no children’s data is collected either.

Under Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to ask what personal data is held about you, to have it corrected or erased, and to object to its processing.

Since my apps collect no personal data, in practice there is no record to erase. You are still welcome to ask: atacosata@icloud.com, answered within 30 days.
