Money Tracker
A budget tracker built for students. It records what comes in, what goes out, who owes you and what repeats — and it keeps all of it on your phone.
Overview
I built this because the budgeting apps I tried all wanted an account, a subscription and a copy of my bank data before they would add up two numbers. This one asks for none of that.
You enter what you spend. It sorts it into categories, shows you where the month went, tracks money you lent or borrowed, and creates recurring entries on their own when they fall due.
Features
- Income and expense entries with categories you can edit
- Dashboard with a spending donut and a trend chart
- Debts — money owed to you and by you, in any currency or in gold
- Recurring entries created automatically when they come due
- Local notifications for what is due
- Multiple languages, light and dark, right-to-left layouts
Privacy
Everything lives in a local SwiftData store on your device. There is no account, no sign-in and no server holding your figures.
One exception: if you record a debt in a foreign currency or in gold, the app fetches the current public exchange rate over the internet. That request carries no personal data and is only made when such a record exists.
